Why this rating?

A young climber dies in an accidental incident, historical climbers are missing, and Habu's likely death is central to the ending.

Graphic injury1/5
Why this rating?

Mention of injuries and the discovery of a frozen corpse, but kept within a realistic, non-sensationalized context.

The PG rating and available information suggest at most occasional mild language; frequency and exact terms are not documented.

Religious themes1/5
Why this rating?

Brief mentions or atmospheric elements related to local traditions in Nepal.

Frightening scenes4/5
Why this rating?

Storms, falls, exhaustion, isolation and fatal climbing attempts create sustained, intense peril. The PG animated presentation limits graphic horror, but the danger is central.

Limited adult smoking may appear, but the available sources do not document substance use in detail or indicate glamorization.

Violence2/5
Why this rating?

Depicts high-risk mountaineering accidents and falls; intense, but generally realistic rather than gratuitous.

Positive messages3/5
Why this rating?

It explores perseverance, truth-seeking, sacrifice, personal obsession, and the costs and meaning of pursuing extreme goals.

Good role models3/5
Why this rating?

Characters show determination, expertise, and sacrifice, but their dangerous obsession and disregard for safety complicate their example.
